How do you use it with phantom power wouldn’t that be dangerous to the mic ?

Well thanks for not mentioning at all how the AMP OUT works - like at all. Not even on the product page or manual. Would be gate to know what exactly that can accept in terms of power.

How is this business even legal?

I have a question, on the EQ, can i for example choose a frequency, then reduce it or add to it, then go to another frequency and reduce or add to it whilst my previous modification is still intact? For example reduce 700hz, and then increase 3200hz after?

wa-mba is okay for WA-8000? , wa-8000 is really heavy

If this was build close to the Stam Audio SA-800G and sounded as good, I'd difinitely get one. Gonna skip it for now. The Stam version not only looks 98% like the original, it also sounds like it. @Warm Audio: When does the WA-8000 R2 come out with a proper heatsink? :)

For the love of God, I can't find a single demo of somebody using this to make "classic" sounding rock anywhere, which is a shame- because it's emulating 60's/70's hardware. RUclips is proliferated with videos of people just talking about the buttons and playing horrible singer-songwriter acoustic guitar on it- or worse, country. Is it to much to ask to hear some fucking riffs through the thing, like how it would've been used back in the day.

How would you describe it on vocals? Regarding plosives, handling noise, or some comparation to some other mic it might resemble (I used EV RE16 some time which had similar holes for proximity and had really vintage sound) Is this one it open or boxy on vocals in any way? Thnx

How to connect audio interface?

I'd prefer less talk and longer samples.

Any chance of choice of ribbon thickness? I tend to prefer a lighter ribbon 1.8 µm or less. Looks like a beautifully thought out piece though, and I enjoy my Warm Audio products a lot!

Beyerdynamic m380 would be a choice clone too. Discontinued, and unique, figure 8 dynamic. Do it as a tribute to Steve Albini, RIP. It was his favorite inside Kick mic, and also for bass cab.

I call that the silk sound machine, it make my steem bus really soft and warm when the sound is to bright and harsh and also have some good presence to drum bus, if you want smoothness with a bit of distorsion those pultec are the way to go, i have the softube version but i defintly get my hand of one of those hardware clone, it's so usefull and musical in this digital world...
